Currently, for our client “NELT” Sh.p.k, we are looking for a potencial candidate to fill the vacancy for: IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR & SUPPORT SPECIALIST ANNOUNCMENT
📍 LOCATION: DURRES

 Key Responsibilities:
♦ Ensure smooth operation of system software, IT infrastructure, and business-critical services.
♦ Provide first and second-level IT support to end-users via ticketing system, remotely, and on-site.
♦ Troubleshoot and resolve IT and business application issues (ERP, SFA, fiscalization intermediary).
♦ Escalate complex cases to ICT experts and mediate between business users and vendors.
♦ Configure, maintain, and reinstall PCs, warehouse equipment, and other IT devices.
♦ Monitor and maintain IT systems security (antivirus, backups, access control, video surveillance).
♦ Support Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, O365, SCCM).
♦ Assist in administering server platforms (Windows/Linux).
♦ Collaborate with the IT infrastructure and telecommunications teams on system and network setup.
♦ Document IT instructions, procedures, and user guides.
♦ Proactively propose and implement IT improvements to increase efficiency.
♦ Mentor junior colleagues and provide user training.

Requirements:
♦ University degree in IT or related field (secondary IT education with relevant experience also considered).
♦ At least 2–3 years of experience in system administration and/or IT support.
♦ Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (client and server).
♦ Familiarity with networking technologies (LAN, switches, firewalls, WiFi).
♦ Knowledge of SQL queries and basic SAP.
♦ Experience in software testing and ITSM processes.
♦ Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
♦ Advanced English language proficiency.
