Currently, for our client “NELT” Sh.p.k, we are looking for a potencial candidate to fill the vacancy for: “HR Business Partner”
📍 Location: Durres

📌 The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic role that supports business leaders in decision-making through HR practices. It is responsible for implementing the company’s human resources strategy and overseeing its execution. The HRBP ensures the effective delivery of HR processes with the goal of building a competent, motivated, and efficient organization.

MAIN Responsibilities:
♦ Managing the HR budget – planning key KPIs and HR activities, including employee headcount and structure, analyzing and monitoring execution.
♦ Aligning the organizational structure with the company’s current and future business needs, including job description creation and updates in cooperation with business leaders, and developing/updating organizational charts.
♦ Managing organizational changes with the aim of ensuring an optimal number of employees through recruitment, internal mobility (horizontal and vertical), and offboarding/terminations.
♦ Leading the Merit Increase process with support from the Compensation and Benefits department.
♦ Defining compensation offers/packages for internal changes and external candidates, in accordance with the Nelt Group compensation policy for P-level positions.
♦ Monitoring key HR metrics and making data-driven decisions.
♦ Responsibility for talent development and succession planning.
♦ Supporting colleagues from the Talent Center of Expertise in conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
♦ Participating in survey analysis and defining and implementing action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
♦ Conducting exit interviews with voluntarily departing employees, preparing reports, and initiating improvement actions.
♦ Ensuring effective performance management processes
♦ Ensuring a high level of organizational culture, employer branding, and employee experience.
♦ Managing the recruitment and selection process
♦ Preparation of the monthly payroll and employee benefits program

General Requirements:
♦ University degree.
♦ Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in the field of Human Resources and/or in a managerial position
♦ Strong analytical and communication skills
♦ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
♦ Creativity combined with a structured and detail-oriented approach
♦ Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
♦ Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
♦ Strong emotional and social intelligence, flexibility, and a growth mindset
♦ Organizational and time management skills.
